Listening to God

Have you ever stopped to really think how God would use you if you just listened to Him? How many times have you looked back and thought, I should have done that but didn’t. Why? Were you afraid or maybe you thought you weren’t good enough? God is God!! He will use anyone if we are willing. We are His hands, His feet, His lips

When I finally stopped telling God NO and started listening to Him, the doors started opening in my life that I never knew existed. He moved in His way and His timing and not mine! Sometimes, we want to do things our way because it is in the flesh that we walk, but as Isaiah 55:8-9 states:

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.

If we take time, to not just pray but have our quiet time with God Almighty, we can and will hear that still small voice. He’ll use you in ways that you never dreamed or imagined.  Always know God loves you and wants you.  You are His child and He knows what’s best for us.  The very least we can do is let Him use us for His glory.
